Welcome to MyCrypto Alerts. By accessing our website, purchasing our VIP subscriptions, or utilizing our free or paid AI trading signals, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Trading & Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrencies, altcoins, tokens, futures, and other leveraged digital assets involves a high level of risk and may result in the total loss of your capital. MyCrypto Alerts is NOT a registered financial advisor, broker, or wealth manager.

Past performance of our trading desk or VIP signals is not indicative of future results.
We make no guarantees of profits, specific win rates, or financial performance.
All trading decisions are made entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred while using our information.

2. Software & Auto-Trading Limitations

The market data, analysis, and execution tools (including Webhook integrations) provided by MyCrypto Alerts are intended solely for trade execution, market analysis, and educational purposes.

We do not manage your money. MyCrypto Alerts does not hold, control, or have direct access to client funds.
All trading activity occurs exclusively within your own cryptocurrency exchange account (e.g., Binance, Bybit) under your full control.
You are entirely responsible for the configuration of your exchange API, risk management settings, leverage usage, and all resulting trading outcomes.
MyCrypto Alerts accepts no liability under any circumstances for losses caused by software latency, exchange downtime, or misconfigured API settings.

3. Payments & Strict Non-Refundable Policy

             STRICT NO REFUND POLICY: All payments are governed exclusively by our published Terms. This is a virtual digital service that provides immediate access to proprietary market data, VIP chat rooms, and AI signals. Therefore, it is strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
        

By purchasing a subscription or trial, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund or chargeback, without exception. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities

All content, including but not limited to trading signals, educational modules, algorithms, and UI design, is the exclusive intellectual property of MyCrypto Alerts.

             Account Termination: You are strictly prohibited from forwarding, reselling, leaking, or redistributing our VIP signals to external groups, Telegram channels, or unauthorized individuals. We reserve the right to instantly terminate and permanently ban any account, without warning or refund, if we detect a violation of our intellectual property rights.
        

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCrypto Alerts, its founders, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

6. Changes to Terms

MyCrypto Alerts reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
